BBA Graduate December 2022
Looking for my next
opportunity
to make a change.

This is me
I am Diana Tatarkina, BBA Graduate of Hult International Business School, with professional experience in Project Management, Marketing Research, Analytics and Consulting in Tech-enabled Start-Ups and with an entrepreneurial spirit showcased through founding a sustainable fashion brand focused on repurposing clothes to grow the circular economy across the UK.
Getting out of my comfort zone has allowed me to push the boundaries of what I can achieve, which resulted in various accomplishments: founder of sustainable fashion start-up, winner of the business challenge, Hult ambassador, 5 internships in 3 years while studying full-time, 3.77 GPA.
That is why I strongly believe that if you can dream it, you can do it!

I have a background as a Marketing Strategy Intern, Assistant to the Head of Franchise, Market Research Intern and Co-Founder.
My top character traits would be: proactive and team-oriented with entrepreneurial spirit.
Proactivity
In my previous work experience, I could not stop thinking about my tasks and how to bring more value to the company. My mind brainstormed all the time about what else I can recommend or find or explore. Working as a Marketing Intern in ThyReality I was looking for potential investors in my free time because I knew it would be great for a company.
Team-player
I worked a lot in international teams for my classes and learned about cultural differences in terms of work attitude. The best example of successful teamwork has been winning the Hult Pre-university business challenge when we knew each other for a week and had to work together every day to create a product for Uniliver with a target audience of stressed women 25-35 years old. We had to find out each other's strengths quickly and apply this to a project to engage everyone and make a great presentation.
Entrepreneurial Spirit
Being engrossed in sustainability encouraged me to found a sustainable fashion brand VIÚ aimed to reduce the adverse effects of clothes overproduction on the environment. There, I focused on client acquisition and retention, revenue growth strategies, and financial analysis for future investors. Making a speech to investors, building partnerships, and selling both online and offline resulted in generating 150 followers on Instagram within a couple of days, selling items worth 250 pounds during a business event, finding a mentor in the USA, and attending a Start Summit in Switzerland.
